- Define and execute due diligence to determine the employment cost synergies in a merger of two companies with over 7.500 employees.
- Define and implement the required change of all HR instruments to accelerate the strategy implementation towards a seamless customer experience.
- Design and implement several organizational set-ups to support international commercial, technical, retail and customer services organisations with up to 7.000 employees to execute their new strategies.

- Manage the integration process between two Retail organisations based on the principle ‘Best of both worlds’.

DELIVER RESULTS INDEPENDENT OF LOCATION
I am in favour of working independent of location. The technical possibilities are extensively and everybody in the world is in only one phone call distance. I typically work on high impact assignments: For clients as the interests at stake are high, towards employees as it’s about fundamental changes in their work environment. Presence at the relevant location is in these situations unavoidable. I live in the Netherlands, though in my experience location is never a bottleneck if there is the willingness to make it work!
